Special Incident Report (SIR) Trainings for Service Providers / Vendors:

Join us for a vendor training on Special Incident Reporting (SIR). The topics will include, when to report an SIR, appropriate reporting requirements, and pertinent information to include in the reports.

A training certificate will be issued at the end of the training session.

Follow the instructions on the flyer below to REGISTER and to submit the payment Form.
