Throughout 2020 ELARC presented the HCBS/PCT 4 Part Workshops to help meet the HCBS Federal Requirements in the areas of Choice, Rights, Opportunity, and Integration (C.R.O.I.). As an addition, we have added a 5th workshop on Diversity and Person Centered Thinking (PCT). This will be an opportunity to learn about intersectionality and how it can impact the individuals we serve. Additionally, it will utilize PCT skills to explore and celebrate the culture and diversity of the individuals we serve. As we support people in re-entering their communities through new opportunities and experiences, it is important to have an understanding of the impact that culture, identity, diversity, as well as the relationship between those factors play in their lives.
