Established in 2020, the Disability Thrive Initiative provides training, support, and resources on how to deliver and access alternative services for those with developmental disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Initiative is offering FREE webinars, peer-to-peer consultations and trainings, and a resource library. The Initiative will provide innovative, real-world examples of how to safely address the needs of individuals with IDD.

WEBINARS:

DTI-WebinarsDisability Thrive Initiative will hold webinars on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 3:00 p.m. monthly through December 2021.

  • Caregivers/Family Members
  • Self Advocates
  • Service Providers
  • Support Staff

ASL and Spanish Interpretation available.

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE/SUPPORT CENTER:

Self-Advocates with IDD, caregivers/family members, service providers, and support staff can schedule one-on-one consultations for support with any of their alternative services needs.
