Join us for an overview on Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) that includes and review of the 10 Federal requirements, its impact and how ELARC will proceed with its compliance monitoring.
The HCBS Final Rule is designed to ensure that Medicaid-funded HCBS programs provide people with developmental disabilities full access to the benefits of community living and offer them long term services and supports in the most integrated setting of their choosing. All service providers are expected to be in compliance with the HCBS Final Rule as of March 17, 2023
