Join us as you meet our Clients’ Rights Advocate who works with consumers and their families served by the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) to advocate for the civil rights of people with developmental disabilities.
Client Rights Training: Understand the rights of people with developmental disabilities and how to best support them in their daily lives.
