ELARC's Alhambra and Whittier offices will be closed on Thursday November 25 and Friday, November 26, 2021 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  We will return on Monday, Nov. 29, with some ELARC staff continuing to work remotely. We wish you and your family a happy and safe holiday.
