Effective July 1, 2021, changes to the law took effect that restored suspended services for the following:

• Camping services and associated travel expenses
• Social recreation activities
• Educational services for children 3 to 17
• Non-medical therapies, including, but not limited to, specialized recreation, art, dance, and music
