Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Compliance Funding is now available for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. Service provides can apply for HCBS Compliance Funding through their vendoring Regional Centers to help them transition toward compliance with the HCBS Final Rule.
The HCBS Final Rule impacts a wide range of programs, services and supports for a significant amount of individuals with developmental disabilities. ELARC will review ALL HCBS Compliance Funding concept forms and will make recommendations for funding to DDS based on local priorities. ALL submitted forms will be forwarded to DDS for final approval. The deadline established by DDS for service providers to submit their completed concepts to ELARC is November 12, 2021.
