ELARC's Alhambra and Whittier offices will be closed on Thursday November 26 and Friday, November 27, 2020 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  We will return on Monday, Nov. 30, with some ELARC staff continuing to work remotely, due to our current health crisis. We wish you and your family a safe holiday.
