The Vendor Advisory Committee (VAC) provides recommendations, guidance, and technical assistance to the agency’s board of directors. The Committee meets monthly to discuss and review both state and agency issues that impact service providers in our community. The VAC meets ten times per year on the fourth Thursday of each month. In November, the meeting is held on the third Thursday. There are no VAC meetings in August or December. The general meeting begins at 10 am and subcommittees may meet at 11:30 am. Due to the COVID 19 public health crisis, VAC meetings are being held via Zoom.

IMPORTANT! The November 18, 2021 VAC meeting is an election meeting. Officers will be voted in at this meeting. The following are statements from the candidates for Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.
The Executive Committee has set forth a method of voting in absentia for this election if a member is unable to attend. Votes cast in absentia must list the member’s name and agency, even on a secret ballot. Those unable to attend the November 18 VAC meeting may complete a ballot here.
