Weekly Service Provider Discussion:
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) will no longer be seeking approval for proposed emergency regulations for "alternative service delivery”, but will soon be releasing a nearly identical directive incorporating stakeholder comments. The directive will be posted on our website when released to regional centers. Some requirements regarding the July 17, 2020 directive that was reviewed in the ELARC Focus Group on August 14, 2020 will change as a result of the new directive. Because information is still developing, ELARC invites all service providers to join in weekly discussions in order to stay informed and work together.
