This series will identify which person centered thinking skill could be utilized to help meet the HCBS Federal Requirements in the area of Choice, Rights, Opportunity, and Integration. This will also be an opportunity to practice specific PCT skills and receive guidance around how to integrate the information gathered in a person centered plan as well as implementing direct support to the person at the center of their plan.
It is encouraged that you attend the 2-day Person Centered Thinking training in order to have a foundational knowledge of the PCT skills; however, it is not required.
